Helping in different ways: Firefighters trained to administer COVID vaccines

Approximately 20 Fayetteville Firefighters can administer COVID vaccines at community clinics. The Firefighters volunteered to receive special training. They assisted the Cumberland County Department of Public Health with Spring 2021 clinics. Recently, Firefighters Joshua Sherpinskas and Joshua Hargrove administered vaccines at a clinic for City employees and families at the Kiwanis Recreation Center. To all of our employees responding to the pandemic, thanks for your service!
