Business Robbery

 

(Fayetteville, NC) – On Monday, November 28, 2016 at approximately 11:12 am, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to 3604 Ramsey Street in reference to a report of a business robbery at First Citizens Bank.

 

The preliminary investigation revealed that a black male, dressed in a black coat, a black hat, white gloves, white shades, and burgundy pants, entered the business and went to the teller as if he was a customer.  The suspect passed a note to the teller demanding money. The teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled the business on foot.

 

Detectives have obtained still images from the bank’s surveillance system and are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.

Detectives with the FPD’s Robbery Unit are actively investigating the robbery and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
